These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website rsyatra.com, RS Yatra services, yatra registration flows, donation features, accommodation coordination, volunteer seva coordination, receipts, communications, and related digital services.

Saranagati Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit company. RS Yatra is a digital initiative of Saranagati Foundation, created to support organized yatra participation, devotee care, donations, accommodation planning, and seva coordination.

1. Nature Of Services

• RS Yatra supports digital registration, communication, payment records, donation records, receipts, yatra planning, and service coordination.
• The website does not represent a commercial travel agency or tour operator unless a specific service is expressly stated otherwise.
• Yatra schedules, accommodation, facilities, eligibility, and service arrangements may change due to operational, venue, regulatory, weather, health, or force majeure reasons.

2. User Information And Accuracy

• You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, donation, profile creation, payment, or any other service flow.
• You are responsible for checking names, contact details, family member details, ID information, PAN or tax details, travel details, and accommodation preferences before submission.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may delay confirmation, receipts, accommodation allocation, check-in, refunds, or communication.

3. Registrations, Accommodation, And Participation

• Submission of a form does not always guarantee final confirmation unless payment, approval, verification, or availability requirements are completed.
• Accommodation and room allocation are subject to availability, yatra rules, family/group requirements, eligibility, and operational discretion.
• Participants are expected to follow yatra discipline, venue rules, safety instructions, local law, and guidance from authorized coordinators.

4. Payments And Donations

• Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment service providers.
• Saranagati Foundation and RS Yatra are not responsible for failures or delays caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, incorrect payment details, or third-party systems.
• Donations are voluntary contributions toward charitable/service objectives. Donation receipts, including any tax-related receipt, are issued only where applicable and subject to valid details and legal compliance.
• Any convenience fee, payment gateway fee, bank charge, or statutory deduction may be treated as per the applicable payment/refund policy.

5. Communications

• You may receive service-related emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, calls, or other communications for registrations, payments, receipts, yatra updates, accommodation, check-in, cancellations, refunds, or seva coordination.
• Service communications are necessary for proper operation and may continue even if you opt out of general updates.

6. Responsible Use

• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload harmful files, impersonate another person, or submit false information.
• You must not use this website for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or disruptive activity.

7. Content And Intellectual Property

• Text, design, logos, page layouts, documents, images, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Saranagati Foundation, RS Yatra, or their respective owners.
