RS Yatra is primarily a digital service platform of Saranagati Foundation. The website is used for registrations, donations, receipts, communication, accommodation coordination, and seva/yatra-related support. In most cases, there is no physical product to ship.
Unless a specific physical item is expressly offered and confirmed, delivery means digital confirmation, digital receipt, service confirmation, or in-person support at the relevant yatra, event, or service location.
1. No Regular Physical Shipping
- RS Yatra does not normally sell or ship physical products through this website.
- Registrations, donation receipts, payment acknowledgements, booking details, check-in information, and updates are generally delivered digitally.
- Digital delivery may be made through email, website download, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or other communication channels provided by the user.
2. Digital Delivery Timelines
- Registration/payment acknowledgement is usually generated after successful payment or submission, subject to system, gateway, and verification status.
- Donation receipts or 80G-related receipts, where applicable, may require complete and valid donor details such as name, address, PAN, and other required information.
- If a payment succeeds but confirmation is delayed, users should contact us with payment reference, registered email/mobile, and relevant booking details.
3. In-Person Materials Or Services
- Some yatras, programs, or services may involve in-person delivery of passes, kits, printed materials, accommodation details, ID checks, or other arrangements.
- Such materials are provided at the relevant venue, check-in point, event location, or as communicated by the organizing team.
- Availability, format, and timing of in-person materials may vary by yatra, event, location, and operational requirement.
4. Physical Dispatch, If Any
- If any physical item is specifically offered for dispatch in the future, shipping method, charges, estimated timeline, and delivery limitations will be communicated separately.
- Saranagati Foundation and RS Yatra will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, local restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.
5. User Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate email address, mobile number, address, and participant details wherever required.
- Incorrect or incomplete details may prevent successful delivery of confirmations, receipts, updates, or service-related communication.
